Thelma C. (Lesch) Crocker, 81, of Mansfield died on Saturday December 23, 2006 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Boston, MA on November 2, 1925 she was a dear daughter of the late Hans and Caroline (Gerstel) Lesch.
She was raised in Boston and was educated in Boston schools. Mrs. Crocker devoted herself as a loving homemaker raising her six children.
Thelma enjoyed knitting, crocheting and loved playing bingo. When she was younger she was a member of The order of Eastern Star and was quite active in gymnastics and swimming. She had lived in Mansfield for the past 20 years and had formerly made her home in Randolph for many years.
She is survived by her devoted children Albert J. Dugan of Texas, Carl H. Lemke of Sandwich, Carolyn A. Westberg of Mansfield, Susan E. McCue of Mansfield, Bernard E. Crocker of Fall River and Ernest H. Crocker of Middleboro. Also survived by her loving 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Carl Lesch, Albert Gurner and Gene Lesch.
Funeral services, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Thursday December 28th at 11:00 A.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home 55 North Main St. Mansfield. Burial will follow in the Spring Brook Cemetery, Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday December 27th from 4-8 at the funeral home.
