Jack Alan Bornstein, a resident of Chicago,ILL, died suddenly at his home on December 19, 2006. He was 46 years old.
Born in Boston, the son of Sumner Bornstein of Chicago, ILL & the late Sarine (Swartz) Bornstein, Jack was raised in Columbus, OH & Bethesda, MD. He attended the Bethesda schools & was a graduate of Walt Whitman High School. After high school, Jack went on to study and graduate from the American University in Washington, D.C. He was a major real estate developer throughout West Virginia for many years.
In addition to his father, Jack is survived by 3 brothers, Barry Bornstein of Colorado Springs, CO; Scott Bornstein of Tampa, FL; & Andrew Bornstein of Dunwoody, GA.
Funeral services will be held in the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave. (Cary Sq.) CHELSEA on Sunday, December 24, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the Chevra Mishna Cemetery, Lynn. Shiva will be held at the home of Jewel Gilbert, Cambridge through Monday evening. Donations in Jack’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
