WORCESTER___Amanda H. (Bothner) Snaras, 25, of 29 Winchester Ave., died Wednesday December 20 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center from injuries received in an automobile accident.
She leaves her husband, Robert Snaras, two sons, Robert J. Jr., and Nathan Eric Snaras, her mother, Gretchen Maddox (Bothner) and her step father Christopher Murphy who entered Amanda’s family in 1990. She also leaves a brother, Adam Maddox of Worcester; two sisters, Angel (Bothner) Kist and her husband Rusty of Bridgton, ME and Kristen Murphy of Worcester; a niece Cassie and nephew Tanner Kist; her grandmother, Gertrude Bothner of Cape Cod and an aunt, Jennifer Perry also of Cape Cod.
Amanda was born in Worcester and attended local schools including Becker College. Amanda and Robert were married on August 7, 1999.
Mrs. Snaras worked as sales representative for the Home Depot in Auburn. She was a member of a pool league at Jillian’s and enjoyed dance.
The funeral will be held on Thursday, December 28 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Sweden Church, 1 Wiser Ave. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
