Armand Baradaran, M.D., a world renowned neurologist in biofeedback rehabilitation, passed away at the Jupiter Medical Center in Florida after a brief illness. Dr. Baradaran served at Youville Hospital in Cambridge, MA, Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, MA, the Veterans Administration Hospital in Boston, MA and Malden Hospital in Malden, MA. Originally from Iran, Dr. Baradaran adopted the United States as his new home in 1967. He held residence in Centerville, MA and Palm Beach Gardens in Florida. Armand enjoyed playing tennis and golf remaining active in both sports throughout his life. He is survived by his wife Patricia of Centerville, MA and Palm Beach Gardens, FL; his daughters Khandan Kretschmer of Weston, MA and Katherine Persuad of Leesburg, VA; and his grandsons Philip, William, Andrew and Alexander. Visiting hours will be held at the A.J. Breslin & Son Funeral Home, 610 Pleasant St., Malden, MA on Thursday from 4-8 PM.
