Eleanor A. Connolly of Dedham and Falmouth, formerly of Brighton, after 71 years of laughter, fun and love, died suddenly on December 18, 2006.
Born and raised in Brighton, she was a proud graduate of St. Columbkille’s High School.
She was the Beloved daughter of the late Michael J. and Mary F. (Kelly) Connolly of Brighton. She was a resident of Dedham and Falmouth for many years and worked for Royal Machine, a manufacturing company in Medway. Her generous spirit and wit will be missed by her family and friends alike.
She was the loving sister of the late John J. Connolly and his wife Mary C. of Dedham, the late Virginia M. Rigoli and her husband Salvatore A. of Dedham and Falmouth, Edward R. Connolly and his wife Mary T. of West Roxbury, the late James Connolly of Boston and Jane K. Burgess and her husband Norman O. of Windham, NH. She was the favorite Aunt of 11 nieces and nephews and their husbands and wives and the grandest of aunts to their children and their children’s children.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, on Friday at 10:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham, at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
