Brockton… Gertrude M. (Bonneau) Landry Francoeur, 73, of Brockton died at BayPoint Rehab and Skilled Nursing Care Center Wednesday December 13, 2006.
She was the widow of Joseph G. Francoeur and former wife of Wilfred Landry.
She was born in New Bedford the daughter of the late Antone and Germaine (Blanchard) Bonneau and had been a life long resident of the city.
She was employed as a CNA and Phlebotomist for the Brockton V.A. for over 20 years retiring in 1995.
She enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls, knitting and crocheting. She also bowled with the Spinal Cord Society.
Survivors include her former husband Wilfred Landry of New Bedford, two sons: Paul Landry and his wife Lucinda of New Bedford, and Robert Landry and his wife Dawn of Springhill, Florida, two daughters: Diana Landry of Brockton and Lorraine Pina of New Bedford, a brother Antone Bonneau Jr of New Bedford, two sisters: Doris Hathaway of Brockton, and Lorraine Morris and her husband Robert of Noblesvilles, Indiana, Five Grandchildren: Tara Carvalho, Timothy Carvalho, Robert Landry Jr, Samantha Landry, and Tiffany Pina, several nieces and nephews, and her dog Duke. . Graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday at 11 AM at the Cedar Knoll Cemetery, Staple St., Taunton. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to American Cancer Society Greater New Bedford Relay, 1115 West Chestnut St., Brockton, MA 02301
