Janet Lois (Spaulding) Cartisano, 678 Washington Avenue, Pleasantville NY died on Sunday at Hartford Hospital. She was the wife of Vitaliano Cartisano.
Mrs. Cartisano was born on December 22, 1937 in Brookline, MA, the daughter of the late Kenneth D. and Helen L. (Johnson) Spaulding. She attended Pleasantville High School and Vermont College. She worked for several years as a clerk at the Pleasantville Library.
Besides her husband she is survived by 3 sons, Michael of Danvers, MA, Kenneth of Greenwich, CT and Stephen of Boston, MA, a daughter Jennifer Keesler of Monsey, NY, and a sister Barbara Gildersleeve of North Stonington, CT.
A Memorial Service will be held next summer in Vermont. Donations in her memory may be made to the Westerly Hospital, 25 Wells Street, Westerly, RI 02891. The Dinoto Funeral Home, 17 Pearl Street, Historic Downtown Mystic is assisting the family
