Stanley J. Pavelka, 81, a resident of Pelham, NH died on Thursday, November 23rd unexpectantly at home. He was the loving husband of Rita M. (Ally) Pavelka with whom he was married to for 58 years.
He was born on March 11, 1925 a son of the late John and the late Mary (Gorski) Pawelka.
Mr. Pavelka was a United States Army veteran serving in World War II in Italy.
He was employed by B & M Railroad where he worked as a freight car repairman for 25 years until retiring. Concurrently he was an avid farmer for 49 years.
In addition to his wife he leaves a son, Thomas Pavelka of Hill, NH; three daughters, Gail Andrews of Dracut, Kim Pavelka of Pelham, NH and Cindy Petersen of Plastow, NH; his sister, Sophie and her husband Frank Bonczar of Pelham, NH; three grandchildren, Earl Thibeault of Billerica, Paul Husson of Derry, NH and Brandon Petersen of Merrimack, NH; many nephews and nieces including Donna Mulrooney of Westford, Franceen Ocasio of Hudson, NH and Paula Broadbent of Pelham, NH and a dear friend, Roland Goulet of Manchester, NH.
He was also the grandfather of the late Jason Andrews.
