R. “Bart” Warner a Needham resident for 16 years died on Monday December 4th at his home. He was 46 years old. Born in Waterbury CT, Bart grew up in Wolcott CT. He was a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Class of 1982 and Suffolk Law Class of 1988. Bart was an attorney for Monahan and Associates, formerly the Law Firm of Burke Wieners Moran Hurley and Merrick for whom he started working for while in law school. One of Bart’s greatest passions was coaching youth baseball, soccer and basketball. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Red Sox, St. Louis Cardinals and the Patriots. The beloved husband for 20 years of Beth (Tomney) Warner, he was the loving father of Kyle R., Colin P., and Brian J. all of Needham. Dear son of Ralph L. and Dorothy (Bellmay) Warner of Wolcott, CT. Brother of Leslie Warner Maloney of Westwood and Rodney N. Warner of Yardley, PA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church 1382 Highland Ave Needham on Saturday Dec. 9th at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours at the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Friday from 4-8 PM. Interment services will take place at the Needham Cemetery.
