WORCESTER-Anne M. (Mohan) Borezo, 87, formerly of 13 Saint John’s Road, died Sunday, December 3rd, in the St. Francis Home. Her husband, Edward C. Borezo, Sr. died in 1986. She leaves a daughter, Kathleen A. Shepherd and her husband Freeeman of Worcester; a son, Edward C. Borezo, Jr. and his wife Carol of Venice FL; a sister, Kathleen V. Reilly of Shrewsbury; a grandson, Patrick Borezo; a great granddaughter, Naomi Borezo; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by 5 brothers, Patrick, Neil, Peter, William and Bernard Mohan, and 2 sisters, Helen Noone and Margaret Morrissey.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Patrick and Margaret (Wood) Mohan and graduated from St. Peter’s High School. Mrs. Borezo worked for the City of Worcester for several years before retiring. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Church and a member of the Mothers Club of Canterbury Street School. Mrs. Borezo was a wonderful cook who enjoyed singing and had many friends.
The funeral is Wednesday, December 6th, from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:30 A.M. in St. Peter’s Church, 931 Main Street. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery.
