Funeral Service in the Flame of Fire Covenant Church (Glad Tiding Assembly of God) 441 Summer St. Abington Wednesday at 10 AM. Burial in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Abington. Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 PM in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton.
Obituary
Mrs. Green died Saturday evening at the Boston Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Friday.She was born in Cambridge daughter of the late Harold and Adele (Rutsek) Frye. She was raised and educated in Somerville and was a graduate of Somerville High School. While in high school she was chosen to be a Jordan Marsh Girl. For the past 35 years she has been a resident of Abington.
For many years Mrs. Green was employed as an electronics assembler at the former Hermatite Company in Brockton. She also had owned the former Johnson’s Drive In in Abington.Mrs. Green was a member of the South Shore Antique Automobile Club and attended the Flame of Fire Covenant Church in Abington.She enjoyed being at home and caring for her family.
In addition to her 2 sons and 2 daughters she is survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great grand children and a great great grand daughter.Services as above.
