Gloria M. (Donoghue) Corley of Dedham died November 28, 2006 at the Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain, she was 78. She was the beloved wife of the late John Corley.
Mrs. Corley was born in Boston and was the daughter of the late William and Marie Donoghue. She was a longtime Dedham resident and worked as a Crossing Guard for the Town of Dedham for many years.
She was the devoted mother of Susan M. Haire of Kaneohe, HI, John T. Corley of Millis, William T. Corley of Milton, Richard J. Corley of Bolton and Virginia M. Apone of North Bend, WA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was the sister of Virginia Glasheen of Dedham and the late William Donoghue of Contoocook, NH.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, on Saturday at 8:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Denis Church, Westwood, at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
