Visiting hours in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday 5-8 pm with a prayer service at 7:30 pm. Burial at a later date in Melrose Cemetery.

Barbara E. (Dadmun) 79 years of Brockton died Sunday evening at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was the wife for 41 years of Bernard E. Bailey.
Mrs. Bailey was born and raised in Brockton a daughter of the late Raymond and Grace (Smith) Dadmun. She remained a lifelong resident of the city.
For several years she was an office manager for a temporary agency in Brockton.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and all types of crafts.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter and son Jeanine Monteiro and her husband John and Michael Bailey and his companion Debra Garland both of Brockton. Three grandchildren Barbara Lyons of Fall River, Crystal Lawson of Avon and Amanda LaGarde of Brockton, Three great grandchildren Kaylee Lyons of Fall River, Kristopher Lyons of Fall River and Trayvon Lawson of Avon. One sister Patricia Mahoney of Brockton and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Robert Bailey and sister of the late June Pratt, Helen Blaine, Bruce Dadmun and Raymond Dadmun, Jr.
