CLAUDIA (BOSWORTH) GIARDINA a Hingham resident for many years, died at her home on Tuesday, Nov. 21st. after a long illness. She was 59. Wife of Edward Giardina of Hingham and mother of Allison Anderson and her husband Mark of Coral Springs, FL and Brittany Downing of Boston. Step-mother of Amy Giardina and Sarah Giardina both of Hingham and the late J. Peter Giardina. Daughter of Albert and Hazel (Guest) Bosworth of Padanaram, MA. Sister of Thomas Bosworth and James Bosworth both of Padanaram, MA and Martha Thomas of Newfane, VT. Also survived by 3 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a gathering to celebrate Claudia's life on Sunday, Dec. 10th from 12 - 4 PM at the Club House at the Meadows, Union St., Hingham. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory would be preferred to the Dana-Farber Cancer Insitute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7226. The interment is private.
