Andre E. Cote 90 of 218 Pond St. died Thursday in Landmark Medical Center. He was the son of the late Joseph and Alphonsine (Boudreau) Cote. Mr. Cote was a display artist for the former Kornstein’s Department Store for 28 years and Sears for 18 years before retiring in 1981. He was a WWII Army Air Corps Veteran.
Mr. Cote is survived by a brother Martial Cote of Bellingham, five sisters Marie Jane Gagnon, Leone Lacroix, Anita Lafontaine, and Gloria Roberge all of Woonsocket and Suzanne Houle of Las Vegas, NV. And several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Noel, Lucien, Prosper, Montecalm, Laval, Dellard, and Gerard Cote.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 am. from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial with Military Honors will be held in Precious Blood Cemetery.
