Anthony F. DeMarco, died Thursday morning after a brief illness, the husband of the late Angelina (Comperchio) he was 87 years old.
Born and raised in Boston he was the son of the late Carolina (Ventullo) and Fred DeMarco. He was a resident of Florida for the last 18 years, a former long time resident of Medford. During World War II, Anthony worked in the Boston Navy Yard and then learned the trade of a upholster, he later opened Venmar Furniture of Boston, that he operated untill his retirement.
He is survived by a son Anthony J. DeMarco of Silver Springs, Maryland, and a daughter Carolyn DeMarco of Reading. Also three loving grandchildren, Nicole Russell, Christine Addonizio and Anthony Addonizio; and one brother Fred DeMarco
His funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home on Monday, September 30, at 9 a.m. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Patrick Church, Central St. Stoneham at 10.
