Marylin I. (Lent) Miller a 9 year resident of Everett, former 8 year resident of Natick and former lontime resident of Charlestown, died at her home in Everett, on Thursday November 23, 2006 following a short battle with cancer. She was 53 years old.
Marylin was born in Boston on June 12, 1953. She grew up in Charlestown, where she attended Boston Public Schools and graduated from Girls High School. Marylin had been working for Partners Health Care in the finance department for the last 5 years until her recent illness.She was a Navy veteran and a member of The Red Hat Society.
Marylin is the beloved wife of Francis X. "Frank" Miller. She is the devoted mother of Mathew M. Miller of Norwood, Eric C., Brendan F., Francis X. Jr., Shannon T. and Sean P. Miller all of Everett. She is the loving nana of Samantha Rose Miller. She is the beloved daughter of the late George E. and Anna A. (Lennox) Lent. She is the beloved sister of Thomas Lent and wife Debra of Charlestown, Sharon Stover and husband Loyal, Charles Lent and wife Mary Jean, George Lent and wife Kathleen all of Everett, Stephanie Lent of Methuen and Michelle Beadle and husband Howard of Winthrop. She is the loving aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours for Marylin on Tuesday November 28, 2006 from 4 to 8 pm. in The Carr Funeral Home 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. Her Funeral Service and burial will be private.
