Swampscott: Pauline R. Guerette age 80 of Swampscott and formerly of Salem, died suddenly, at her home Thursday, November 23, 2006.
Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Alice (Raymond) Guerette. A graduate of St. Chritienne Academy, Salem, she first worked as an engineering aid for the former CBS Hytron. Pauline later worked as a supervisor for Solid State / Unitrode Corp. formerly of Salem. She was a life long member of the former St. Joseph Parish and moved to Swampscott 8 years ago.
She is survived by a nephew Donald Guerette and his wife Janet of Danvers, a niece Priscilla Faia and her husband William of Swampscott, also grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews. She was predeceased by her brothers: Lucien and Omer Guerette.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Tuesday, November 28, 2006, at 8:30 am from the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St., [Rt. 114 / 1-A] Salem followed by her funeral mass in St. James Church, Federal St., Salem at 10 am. An hour of visitation will precede her funeral. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
