Walter J. "Jay" Watson, Jr., 32, of New Bedford died Sunday November 19, 2006 unexpectedly at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in New Bedford, the son of Norma J. Robinson and Walter J. Watson, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
Jay was formerly employed as a cook at area restaurants.
He was an avid fisherman and baseball player.
Survivors include his parents; a brother, Scott Robinson of New Bedford; a sister, Roxane Amaral of Clearwater, FL; his grandfather, Harry Robinson of New Bedford; his godmother, Donna King of New Bedford; two nieces, Chelsie and Kara Jean; two nephews, Kevin and Kyle; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
