Salem: Mary T. (Iacono) (Fallis) MacMillan, age 84 of Salem, died at her home Thursday, November 17, 2006, morning, following a brief illness. She was the wife of Robert Mac Millan.
Born and raised in Lynn, as a teen, she and her parents, the late Louis and Rose (Stefano) Iacono lived in New Haven, CT for several years. She returned to the north shore and first lived in Beverly. Mary was also the wife of the late Thomas Fallis. A resident of Salem for the past 46 years, her life was devoted to her children and their families. She was once active in the Peabody DAV, Women’s Auxilary.
In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by 3 daughters: Rosemary Flynn, Josephine Guilbault and her husband Richard, Charlene Fallis all of Salem, 2 sons: Michael Fallis and his wife Joyce of Lynn, Robert Fallis and his wife Janice of Florida, 4 sisters: Rose Bissenette, Louise Afflis & Theresa Santos all of Florida, Madeline Pynn of Virginia. She was the loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Lena Bick.
