Felicia Musgrove, 46, of Fitzgerald, died Thursday, November 9, 2006 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Monday, November 13, 2006, at the Fitzgerald Church Of God, with Rev. Tommy Powell, Rev. Leroy Spivey and Rev. Bobby Musgrove officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 Sunday evening at the Fitzgerald Church Of God.
Mrs. Musgrove was born September 22, 1960, in Douglas, Georgia to William Hester and Shirley Lamb Hester. She lived in Fitzgerald for the past 23 years from Waycross. Mrs. Musgrove was a former supervisor at Y & W Sportswear. She was an active member of the Fitzgerald Church Of God, where she taught Sunday School and Family Training Hour. She was recently recognized for ten years of service with the children’s ministry and was active in the prison ministry along with her husband.
Mrs. Musgrove is survived by her husband: Tim Musgrove of Fitzgerald; son and daughter-in-law: Ricky & Natalie Musgrove of Seville; daughter & son-in-law: Christy & Jay Yancey of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Alyssa & Nate Musgrove, Ryan, Jailynn and Braxton Yancey; father: William Hester of Opelika, AL; mother: Shirley Hester of Tuskegee, AL; sisters: Debbie Pinkston of Wedowee, AL and Karen Carter of West Point; mother-in-law and her husband: Carolyn & Jack Mixon of Waycross; father-in-law & his wife: Loyd & June Musgrove of Brunswick; sisters-in-law & their husbands: Denise & Wayne Smith of Waycross and Pam & David Miller of Asheville, NC; several nieces and nephews
