Father of John Lavey III of Naples, ME, Kandace Lydon of Plympton, John Rotundo of Plymouth, and Audrey Lavey of Boston. Brother of Joanne Lavey of Somerville, Robert Lavey of Brockton, and Lawrence Goodwin of Somerville. He also leaves 6 grandchildren Abbie Lydon, Kelly Lavey Lydon, William, John, Andrew, and Michael Rotundo. He was pre-deceased by his companion his cocker spaniel Pal. Visiting hours will be held Sunday Nov. 12 at the Richard Davis Funeral Home 373 Court St. (Rte 3A) N. Plymouth, 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Boston, 599 Washington St. Pembroke MA. 02359, or to a charity of ones choice. WWII Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving on the USS Intrepid.
