Maurice H. Renaud
Bedford– Maurice H. Renaud, 73, died November 6, 2006 at Ridgewood Center Nursing Home following a period of declining health.
He was born in Manchester on December 27, 1932, the son of Edouard and Jeanette (Ouellet) Renaud, and had been a lifelong resident of the city.
He served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the V.F.W., American Legion William Jutras Post, and the Alpine Club.
Prior to his retirement he was a barber as well as a glazier for Boston Local 1044.
He is predeceased by his wife of 31 years, Gloria (Lemay) Renaud, in 1985, and a daughter Christine Renaud in 1978.
In His Life: His family includes 2 sons, Gary Renaud and his wife Melody of San Diego CA., Thomas Renaud and his wife Diane, of Manchester, one daughter Mrs. Paul (Sandi) Monkewicz, of Texas, 6 grandchildren Kristofer Cote, Dustin Renaud, Benjamin Cote, Chad Renaud, Jacob Renaud, and Desiree Renaud, a sister Ramona Lemire, of Hooksett, several nieces and nephews.
Services: Calling hours will be Thursday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm at J. N.. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 am in St. Catherine Church corner of Hemlock and Webster Sts.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association ME, NH , VT Affiliate 2 Wall St Manchester 03101.
