East Bridgewater- Louise (Malaguti) Hoyt, 95, of East Bridgewater, died Friday, Oct. 27, 2006, at Sachem Skilled Care in East Bridgewater after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Cecil Hoyt.
Born Feb. 12, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Pauline (Petrolelli) Malaguti.
Raised and educated in East Bridgewater, she remained a lifelong resident of the town.
Mrs. Hoyt was a hostess at Joppa Grill in East Bridgewater for many years.
She enjoyed Art, music, ceramics and painting.
She was the mother of Carol Thrasher of Onset and Wayne Hoyt of Maryland; sister of Lena Peterson of East Bridgewater and Anita Lundin of Weymouth. Also survived by seven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held in Wales-Prophett Funeral Home, 35 Spring St., East Bridgewater, Wednesday at 6 pm.
