Anne L. Beksha, 95 of Medway died November 6, in the Medway Country Manor.
Born in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, February 24, 1911 the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Mikelonis) Beksha, Miss Beksha had lived in Medway for most of her life.
Miss Beksha had been a bank teller at the Medway Co Operative Bank for many years. Miss Beksha enjoyed embroidering and cross stitching. She had been an active member of St. Joseph Church.
She is survived by her brother, the Rev. Francis W. Beksha of Medway and her grand nephew, Joseph A. Cassidy of Florida. She was the sister of the late Mary Cassidy and John and Michael Beksha and aunt of the late Leo and Joseph Cassidy.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, November 9 from the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home 3 Barber St. in Medway at 9:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, Village Street at 10:00. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway. Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the charity of one’s choice.
