Charlotte Rose Marino, age 62, of Sandwich formerly of Medford, died October 25th, following a lengthy illness. Born in Boston she was the daughter of Vincenza (Scola) Marino of Buzzards bay and the late C. Charles Marino M.D.
Charlotte was a 1967 graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and worked as pharmacist for over 30 years specializing oncology medicines. Devoted to her children she also enjoyed arts and crafts. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Charlotte Marino Scholarship Fund c/o The development office, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, 179 Longwood Ave, Boston, MA 02122.
In addition to her late father, Charlotte is predeceased by her brother, the late C. Charles Marino Jr. She is survived by her children, Silva Marino of Buzzards Bay, Sandra Marino of Westport and Paul Marino of Weymouth. She was the loving sister of Carol Ann Ross of Buzzards Bay, Richard T. Marino and his wife Mary-Ann of Medford, and Robert Paul Marino of Medford. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Robert T. Ross III, Dr. Richard T. Marino M.D., Michael P. Marino, Matthew J. Marino and Cheryl A. Sarno. She is further survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Monday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 3 thru 7. Interment will be private.
