Florence A. Stanton, age 85, died Monday, October 23, 2006 in Burlington at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center. Born in Medford, Florence was the devoted daughter of the late Nora M. (Manzo) & Anthony F.R. Novelline. A lifelong Medford resident and a Medford High School graduate, she most enjoyed her family which was her primary focus.
Florence was the beloved wife of the late Paul M. Stanton. Devoted mother of Geraldine Cummings and her husband Tim of Stoneham, Dennis Stanton and his wife Marian of Framingham, Paul J. Stanton and his wife Mary Ellen, Marianne Stanton, Janet Bates all of Medford, Garry and the late Maureen Ryan. Loving grandmother of Tim, Mike, Paul, Kate, Chris, Casey, Craig, Nick & Jason. Sister of the late Joseph, William, Arthur & Anthony Novelline, Josephine Lentino and Mary Bove.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Thursday at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
