Yolande L. (Nault) Potter, 82, died unexpectedly at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on Tuesday, October 17. She was the wife of the late George H. Potter. Born and educated in Woonsocket, she was a lifelong resident of Woonsocket before moving to Stoughton, MA 12 years ago. Mrs. Potter was a textile worker at Woonsocket Dress and Fashion Sportswear for many years before retiring in 1986. In her free time she enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.
Mrs. Potter is survived by her children, Gordon G. Potter and his wife Rae of FL and Joanne M. McCloskey and her husband Craig of Stoughton, MA as well as her grandchildren, Derek M. Potter, Brian E. Potter, Elizabeth A. Hudzynski and Brad P. McCloskey and her sister, Denise Jean of NV. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton, MA on Saturday, October 21 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours prior from 9-10 AM.
