Patricia O. Fincher Gladden, 63, of Irwin County died Sunday, October 15 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM, Wednesday, October 18, at Big Creek Baptist Church in Irwin County, with Rev. Wayne McCrimmon & Rev. Ed Reeves officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7:00 until 9:00, Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mrs. Gladden was born March 16, 1943, in Ocala, Florida to the late Joseph A. and Vera Bell Fincher. She lived in the community since 1977 from Ocala. Mrs. Gladden was a former Irwin County High School Lunchroom cook for fifteen years. She was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband: E.W. “Buddy” Gladden of Irwin County; two daughters and sons-in-law: Patricia Karen (Ray) Reeves of Tifton and Theresa L. (Joey Hawkins) Gladden of Louin, MS; one son: Gerald Warren Gladden of Tifton; grandchildren: Luther, Elijah and Samuel Lawrence Reeves and Becca L. Hawkins; two sisters: Peggy Williams of Ocala, FL and Eva Lou Ezell of Whiteville, North Carolina; and three brothers: Joseph Fincher of Ocala, FL, Marvin Fincher of Anthony, FL and Billy Fincher of Ocala, FL.
