Visiting Hours will be held at Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Sunday 3-6 pm. Graveside Service and burial will be private.

Obituary
David A. Maxim died Wednesday at his home surrounded by his family after a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Wareham, the son of Irene B. (Moran) Maxim of Brockton and the late David A. Maxim, Sr. David spent most of his life in Brockton graduated from Brockton High School in 1969. He last worked at Wehsco of Stoughton for 21 years and was also a member and Shop Steward for the United Furniture Workers Union. Mr. Maxim was an avid sports fan.
He is survived by a son, Bradford A. Maxim of Holbrook, his mother, Irene B. (Moran) Maxim, of Brockton , two sisters, Roxanne Hannigan of Halifax and Margaret Robbins of Brockton, his companion Barbara MacGillivray and several nieces and two nephews.
