Gloria E. (Spencer) Henkel, 83, died at home in Stoughton on Monday, October 9. She was the wife of the late Kenneth L. Henkel. Born and educated in Watertown, she was a resident of Stoughton for over 60 years. Mrs. Henkel was a homemaker at home with her family. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Stoughton-Sharon Low Vision Support Group. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and her dogs.
Mrs. Henkel is survived by her daughters, Lesley M. Paquette of VT and Melody L. Henkel of Stoughton, as well as her grandsons, Ronald B. Work and Christopher M. Work both of VT. Along with her husband she was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth L. Henkel, Jr.
