Funeral Service in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Saturday at 10:30 am. Burial in Coweeset Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Luke A. Brace died Tuesday evening at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton. He was born in Brockton one of 10 children, of the late Edward and Delia (Manning) Brace. Mr. Brace was raised and educated in Brockton and for the past 30 years lived in West Bridgewater. He served his country During WW II. Mr. Brace was the owner of Belmont Realty in Brockton and was also a building developer. He was an avid golfer and a longtime member of DW Field Golf Course and enjoyed time spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Jean L. (Tetrault) Brace, a son and three daughters, Stephen Berry of FL, Paula Jackson of Brockton, Janet Foscaldi of Wareham and JoAnn Emerald of Taunton, a sister Katherine Reed of Wollaston, many grandchildren, several great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
