Lucille M. (Keating) McMahon – Of Alexandria, VA, a 90 year resident of Wellesley, October 5, 2006, age 96. Beloved wife of the late John P. McMahon. Devoted mother of John James McMahon and his wife Bonnie of Honolulu, HI, Mary Cramer and her husband Paul of Cheektowaga, NY, Jane Kennedy and her husband Emmet of Alexandria, VA and Peggy Lareau and her husband Jack of Granby, CT. Aunt of Ralph Ditano of Washington, D.C. Cherished grandmother and great grandmother of ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Sister of the late Mary Ditano Clark and Abigail Regan.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., Wellesley, on Tuesday at 9:00 AM followed by a funeral mass in St. Paul’s Church, Wellesley, at 10:00 AM. Services will conclude with a burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellesley, immediately followed by lunch at the Wellesley College Club. Visiting hours will be held on Monday evening from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Donations may be sent to the Newman Catholic Ministry at Wellesley College or to a charity of your choice.
