ANDOVER - Marion (Dane) Coleman of Andover, beloved wife of the late
Richard Coleman, died at the Wingate At Andover Nursing Center Tuesday evening, October 3, 2006. She was 88 years old.
Mrs. Coleman was born on September 1, 1918, the daughter of the late George
A. Dane, former Andover Police Chief, and Margaret E. (Clinton) Dane. Mrs.
Coleman married her beloved husband, George, on August 2, 1944. She was a
long time communicant of St. Augustine Church in Andover.
She was the cherished cousin of J. Anthony Clinton.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43
Essex Street, Andover, Saturday at 9 AM. Many relatives and friends attended. Calling hours were in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover, Friday evening from 5 to 7 PM. Burial was in St. Augustine Cemetery, Andover. Donations in Marion's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
