Spitz of Boston, Marie A. O'Neill & her husband Gerard of West Roxbury, Joseph P. Spitz of West Roxbury and John L. Spitz & his wife Caroline of Walpole. Dear aunt of Jerry Jr., Mike, Chris and Brandon. She also leaves many caring relatives and friends.
