Obituary

SALEM - Nancy Rodgers, 76, of Salem, died Friday, September 29, 2006 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers following a long illness.

Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Elenor (Kelly) Weyl. After high school, she graduated from Katherine Gibbs School in Chicago.

Nancy worked in advertising for many years, first for Esquire Magazine in New Your City, then for Moton and O’Shea Advertising in Phoenix, AZ. She returned to the area in 1976 where she resided in Salem, and worked as a nursing assistant at the Shaughnessy-Kaplan Rehabilitation Hospital until her retirement in 1992.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sarah E. and Randall K. Benjamin, Jr., of Salem, three grandchildren, Jessica Benjamin, Kaitlyn Benjamin, Courtney Benjamin all of Salem, one sister, Patricia Raymond of La Mesa. CA, and several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem.
