Beloved husband of Martha A. (Jeffries) Rice, Devoted father of Michael C. Rice of Melbourne, Australia and Matthew D. Rice of Charlotte, N.C., brother of Nancy Gfell and Jean Swaney both of Ohio, loving grandfather of Blake Rice of NC. also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Thursday at 7:00 PM.
Memorial visitation prior to service 4-7 PM.

Mr. Rice was born and raised in Ohio. He attended Ohio schools and attended Oberlin College in Ohio. Mike enjoyed playing golf, corvette's, computers and playing cards. He loved his job and was very well respected in the work place. Most of all Mike enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
