Peter A. Salvati 56, of Peabody and Millinocket, ME, formerly of Westwood died suddenly September 25, 2006 at the Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, ME. Born in Avellino, Italy Peter came to this country when he was nine and grew up in East Boston. For over 20 years Peter was a Podiatrist in Norwood. He resided in Westwood for many years. He later moved to Peabody and also lived in Millinocket, ME. Peter was the former husband of the late Despina (Kentros) Salvati and father of Stephanie R. Turso and her husband Michael of Plymouth. Grandfather of Jack, Sebastian and Maddie. Brother of Anthony, Gerry, Joseph, Gino, Rita Petrelis, Lucy Pisaturo and the late Dominic and Salvatore Salvati. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Friday September 29th at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 PM.
