Joy Pamela Hargett Hall, 56, of Warner Robins, Georgia, formerly of Fitzgerald, died Friday, October 2, 2026, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 4PM, Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dusty Stoey officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hall was born March 18, 1970, in Ocilla, Georgia, to the late Vernon Lee “Bill” & Farris Marie Nash Hargett. She was a 1988 graduate of Fitzgerald High School where she served as a drum major and class Valedictorian. She graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelors’ in Computer Science and later graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Master’s in Information Technology. She served as the IT Department head at Central GA Tech and later worked as a Program Manager for CISCO Systems. Mrs. Hall enjoyed traveling and decorating her home for the holidays. Most of all she loved her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Hall was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Hall; children and their spouses: Emily McConnell (Sean), Justin Hall (Brianna), and Meagan Bracewell (Jonathan); grandchildren: Greyson, Jameson, Bennett, and Charlotte Bracewell; her sisters and their spouses: Faye Fish (Dennis), Shirley Connelly (Lee), and Rita Mobley (Ronnie).
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Childrens’ Research Hospital, 501 St. Judy Place Memphis, TN 38105 or an online donation in honor of Joy.
