Mrs. Christine G. Popadak Bruce, a resident of Epping, New Hampshire, and beloved wife of Lawrence W. "Larry" Bruce, passed away at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center in Derry, New Hampshire on Thursday, September 24, 2026. She was 75 years old.
Born in Lisbon Falls, Maine, she was the beloved daughter Edward F. and Antoinette M. (Fusco) Popadak. Christine was a graduate of the Andover High School, class of 1969. She had been employed as a Legal Secretary for the Law Office of Mack McKay.
In her spare time, Christine enjoyed gardening around her home, cooking for her family, and visiting the beach. She especially enjoyed going to Hampton Beach, where she had her own spot. Christine also loved talking to anyone, especially her close friends about life in general. She will be dearly missed.
Besides her beloved husband, Larry, Christine is survived by her loving sisters, Kathleen Mills of Haverhill and Barbara and her husband Russell Labarre of Andover, nieces Stacy Vail, Toni Conley and Melina Ward; and several grandnieces and grandnephews. She was also the aunt of the late Stephen Mills and sister-in-law of the late Edward Mills.
Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend.
