Lillian A. Napoli, age 85, of Medford passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at the Melrose - Wakefield Hospital of Melrose. Born and raised in Boston’s North End she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Pauline (Bono) Napoli.
Lillian was the dear sister of Pauline B. Napoli, Gus Napoli and his wife Donna and the late Lucille.
Funeral services have been held.
