Eliane Michel (90) of Brockton passed away peacefully at home on September 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Bainet, Haiti, to the late Nacius Maslin and Eliani Gashlin. Eliane was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed cooking, dancing, and singing, and found great joy in the company of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Eliane is survived by her four daughters, Marie Boutin, Marie Yolette Francois, Francoise Cemeus, and Murtha Francois; her grandchildren, Cassandra Boutin (with child), Yvelte (with her children), Francelle (with her children), Berbick (with his children), Kervin (with his children), Dodeleyne (with her children), Gregory (with his children), Yasmine (with her children), Junior, James (with his children), Bernadette (with her children), Immacule (with her children), and Esperancia (with her children); as well as her niece and nephew, and many loving great-grandchildren and extended family members.
Viewing will be held in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street, Brockton, Massachusetts, on Saturday, September 26th from 11 am to 1 pm.
Funeral Services and Burial will take place in her beloved home country of Haiti.
