Logan James Bartley

Logan James Bartley, 26, of Yorktown, passed away on September 10, 2026 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
Logan James was born on December 27, 1999 in Indianapolis, the son of Wayne and Shauna (Scott) Bartley. Logan was an angel on earth. He was light, love, joy and happiness. He was a strong person, who struggled with medical issues his entire life, but always with a big smile through it all. Even during the roughest times of his life, he just smiled and laughed. He only knew how to love and he loved deeply. Logan shared his smiles, hugs, and love to everyone he came in contact with. Especially with that smile that lit up a room, which will be remembered forever.
He is survived by his parents Wayne and Shauna; brother, Maddox Bartley (Adrianna Chappell); grandparents Tom and Mary Woolums; great grandmother, Dollena Crosley; aunt, Tayler Padgett (Kelton Cook); uncle, Zachery Woolums (Brooke Pierce); cousin, Julian Padgett; and his special furry protector, Barron.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Diana and Robert Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026 from 4-6 PM at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service, followed by a funeral service at 6 PM. Friends are asked to wear bright colors and their best “Logan” smile.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, attendees bring a stuffed animal to the visitation, which will later be donated to the pediatric ward of a local hospital so that Logan can be remembered and continue to share with others.
