Glenn Eric Sisco
May 31, 1961 - August 31, 2026
BRISTOL ---- The world became a brighter place on May 31, 1961. Born in Ridgewood, NJ Glenn was one of six children born to Sally and Earl Sisco. Glenn grew up with a deep appreciation for making people laugh, appreciating the small things in life, and nurturing tight bonds with friends and family.
Glenn lived in NJ for most of his young life, later relocating to Florida as a young adult where he met Chantal and started a life and family. For over 40 years, he worked hard as an electrician, taking pride in his work and the relationships he built with homeowners and business owners. After retirement, he was employed with LaValley Building Supply in Bristol, NH. His boss would often call, asking "Glenn, where are you? You were supposed to be here an hour ago," to which he would reply, "I just got to talking to people."
Beyond his work, Glenn was a caring, gentle man who was full of heart and integrity. Glenn was often working on projects around the house, gardening, fishing, cooking or spending time outside while playing music loudly, singing even louder, blissfully unaware of how out of tune or tempo he may have been. He loved to play air guitar, air drums, even air piano. Second to his air instrument skills were his silly dance moves and love for bad, but great, dad jokes. His ability to "live in the moment" and take life day by day was unmatched. Glenn loved taking back roads, even if it meant adding significant amounts of time to each trip. More passions in his life included snowmobiling, hunting and spending time with his family. The love he had for his grandchildren was endless. His presence and sense of humor brought warmth and laughter to everyone who was lucky enough to meet him. There was no such thing as strangers to Glenn due to his effortless way of meeting new people and making them feel like an instant friend. To his neighbors, Glenn was never just a neighbor. He was a friend, a helping hand, and someone who made the neighborhood feel a little more like home. Glenn taught through his actions the true meaning of what it was to show up for the people you love.
He was predeceased by his soulmate and loving wife of 33 years, Chantal Sisco. He was also predeceased by both parents, Sally Sisco and Earl Sisco, his younger sister Donna Sisco, his younger brother David Sisco, older brother Wayne Sisco, and older sister Debbie Cassidy.
Remaining to cherish his memory are his daughters Kayla MacDonald (husband, Scott MacDonald) and Brandi Sisco, his grandchildren Nora Chantal MacDonald and Wyatt Glenn MacDonald. Also left behind are many nieces, nephews and countless friends who became like family.
He is survived by his second wife of almost 5 years, Lois (Daniels) Sisco.
Though he is at rest, the lessons he taught us-to keep our word, to love unconditionally, to spread happiness to others, to work hard-will live on in us forever. Of all the gifts Glenn gave those who loved him, the greatest was being a good example to follow.
