CULLY, Gerald L., age 82, of Norwood passed away on August 31, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Carmel (Feeney) Cully, the loving brother of Mary Ellen Manning of Milton, Richard J. Cully of Milton. He was predeceased by his parents James A. Cully Jr. and Florence (Duris) Cully and by his brothers James A. Cully III, Paul F. Cully, and Kevin J. Cully. Godfather to Carolyn A. Cormican and Brian Connolly. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. He was born in Boston, grew up in Savin Hill, and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1963. Gerald was a proud U.S. Navy Seabee Vietnam veteran and an Electrician of IBEW Local 103.
Visitation will be held at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132 on Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 9–10am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held following the visitation at 11am at St. Timothy’s Church 650 Nichols Street, Norwood, MA 02062, followed by interment at Highland Cemetery, Norwood, MA.
