Mary-Jo DelleFemine, 65, of Terrace Drive, Greenville, died Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Overlook Nursing Home. She was the wife of Anthony DelleFemine. They had been married for 19 years.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Robert J. and Joan (Cunningham) Broadbent. She had lived in Smithfield for her whole life.
Mary had worked as an activity director at several area nursing homes for over 40 years, most recently, Greenville Skilled Nursing. She recently retired from Greenville Skilled Nursing after serving in administration and as the receptionist .
Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughters: Gallison Stone of North Carolina and Megan Desnoyers of Cranston, her four grandchildren: Sean Kelly, Skye Kelly and Savanna Brown and Anthony Garofallo, III and her sister, Diane Hague of Smithfield. She was expecting her first great grandchild shortly.
