NEWPORT ---- Daniel Corliss, 91, of Newport NH, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at New London Hospital. Dan was born on December 7, 1934, in Meredith, NH, the son of the late Walter H. Corliss, Sr. and Susan Mae Alexander Guard.
Dan graduated from Meredith High School in 1953 with honors. In high school, Dan was known for being quiet and shy, but what he said was worth hearing.
Dan is predeceased by his siblings, Florence Greene, Charles Corliss, Mary Blake, Harriett Monahan, Abraham Corliss, Thomas Corliss and Walter Corliss Jr., as well as his niece, Mary "Candy" Greene.
A graveside service will take place at Oakland Cemetery, Meredith Center Rd, Meredith, NH on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:00am.
