Zenna Beth (Parks) White
October 8, 1963- August 4, 2026


Zenna Beth (Parks) White, 62, departed this life on August 4, 2026 . She was born on October 8, 1963 in Anderson, the daughter of Daniel Jr. and Eva Grace (Johnson) Parks. She lived a majority of her life in Anderson, graduating from Anderson High School in 1982, and resided the last of her days in Alexandria.

Zenna retired from GM, also working at Borg Warner Gear and as a CNA for several years. She dedicated her life at an early age to Christ at Friendship Missionary Church in Anderson, with Straight Gate Church in Anderson being her final church home. Zenna enjoyed daily devotion scripture reading, shopping on line, bingo, blues music and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren, to whom she was known as "gran gran and granny".

Zenna leaves to cherish her memory her very loving husband, Lazarus T. White; her children Ronjane’ (Rosean Hopkins) Fairer, Noble (Keisha) White, Shalyn Davis, Lazarus T. White II; Children in Love, Ronisha Fairer, Ronald Fairer Jr., Rondrae’a Fairer, Rondrick Fairer, Jonasya McWilliams, Mecca McWilliams; grandchildren, Armonee Howard, Armaje' Howard, Ar’Eon Fairer-Love, Arzavion Hopkins, Anyae’ White, Aiven and Avant Hyatt, Kaniya Pauze, Khiya Pauze, Kamery Pauze, Aryan Pauze, Dareonna Davis, Keegan White; sisters Margaret (Joseph) Larry, Bobbie Parks, Donella Parks, Danielle Parks, Pamela Diggs; a host of nieces and nephews and cousins; lifelong friends, Marlene Beck, Cynthia Ware, Larenda Richardson; brother-in-law, Timothy White; special person, Marcus (Mark D.) Armstrong and Nathan Harmeyer.

She was preceded in death her parents, Daniel Jr. and Eva Parks, grandson, Arzjonta D. Anderson, God grandson, Daniel Woodall, niece Johnay Swain, great nephew J'mar Swain, her grandparents, Daniel Parks Sr., Callie Stennis Parks, Devie Johnson, Grace Prince Johnson; good friends, Marilyn Davis, Tammi Love, Lori Terry, Brenda Lightfoot, Oletha King.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 2 PM at Straight Gate Community Church, 2202 Broadway, Anderson.

Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service at the church.

Memorial contributions may be given to Straight Gate Church or to her family.
