Charlotte Marie Williams, 88 of Oxnard, passed away on July 6, 2026 surrounded by her family.
She moved to Ventura County 59 years ago and was a longtime financial analyst for the Federal Government being employed at the Military base in Port Hueneme. She earned a degree in accounting from Oxnard College.
She loved to bowl, especially with her family. She enjoyed camping, especially with her great grandchildren, and spending time caring and playing with them.
She was known for always seeing the best in people from all walks of life.
The pride and joy of her life was her relationship with her beloved only son, Kurt Benjamin Manning. Sadly Kurt passed away in October of 2004. With Charlotte’s passing her family finds comfort in knowing that she will now be reunited with Kurt.
Charlotte leaves her beloved grandchildren, Anna Alisha Manning and Jacob Michael Manning; her great grandchildren Adam, Melieck, Micah, Ashton, Arabella, and Gabriel; she also leaves host of other family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours to be held on Thursday evening August 13, 2026 from 5 to 8pm in the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street, Ventura. Funeral services will be held on Friday August 14, 2026 in the chapel of the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street, Ventura. Interment will immediately follow at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park, Camarillo.
