Anna (Keating) Correia. Age 95. Wife of the late Ralph W. Correia. Residence 4901 No. Main St., formerly of 119 Wheeler St., Fall River, MA. Died Thursday at Sarah Brayton Nursing Care Center.Daughter of the late Michael H. Keating and the late Sarah (Lynch) Keating. She was a lifelong resident of Fall River. Before retiring, she worked for 42 years for the City of Fall River as a Nurse and Supervisor first at General Hospital and then the Board of Health T.B. Clinic. She was a member of the Fall River General Hospital Nurses’ Assoc. and the Municipal Retirees. She was a member of the former St. Patrick Church, now Good Shepherd Parish.
She is survived by One Sister: Gertrude (Keating) Franco of NC and One niece and Two nephews: Cynthia F. Heinz, John A. Franco and Michael R. Franco. She was also sister of the late Mary (Keating) Fiola.
Her private funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St.,Monday at 9:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Good Shepherd Parish, So. Main St. at 10:00 AM. Private Internment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Private Calling hours Sunday 2-4 P.M.
